Under Age 25 - Dues are waived while attending a secondary / post-secondary institution, and the child of a current member.

Full  dues are required in the year of joining.  Dues are not pro-rated.  Age  is based on age as of January 1st of the applicable year.

HST is additional on all items

One time fees (based on age at joining):
Age 25 - 40 - $500.
Age 41 to 45 - $1500.
Age 46 - 50 - $4500.
Age 51 - 55 - $7800. 

Age 56 or over - Limited membership available, see below

Initiation fee is waived for members children who join prior to age 25

Reservations for specific lots within our cemeteries are not accepted, although an adjoining lot is used for the spouse of an interred person (as long as they meet the YMHA burial requirements).  Above noted benefits may not all be applicable to limited memberships

Limited membership includes a single burial lot (1 only) at the Mount Sinai Cemetery on Wilson Avenue, including the foundation.  Care & Maintenance fees are additional at the time of need.

Limited membership includes a single burial lot (1 only) at the Roselawn Cemetery at 618 Roselawn Avenue, including the foundation.  Care & Maintenance fees are additional at the time of need.

Note: Care and Maintenance Fund: as a requirement under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 30/11, 40% of the purchase price (above) of all lots is contributed to an irrevocable trust fund – The Care and Maintenance Trust Fund.

Interment rights include the right to erect a marker.  The marker can either be a single flat marker, a single upright marker.  Optionally, in the case of a side by side burial in adjoining lots. a double flat marker, or a double upright marker.  The size of the marker is limited as per the cemetery by-laws.

Interment rights are suitable for the burial of a single (1) dead human body.  Cremated remains are not suitable for burial. 

Interment rights allow for a single burial.  Multiple burials, at multiple depths are not allowed. 

There are no funding, payment or financing options offered by the YMHA.
